| Simon Waring - Managing Director |

Simon started working for MasterCraft UK way back in 1990 as a Stores Assistant. Moving up in the company to stores manager by the mid 90's Simon found himself involved with every aspect of the business, from initial sales meetings, through to purchasing and shipping! Whilst doing this Simon discovered the passion he has for the sport and the industry as a whole, this leading to many, many late nights and weekends doing various events etc. In 2000 the Birdsall family offered the role of UK Sales Manager to Simon, a role he grasped and made his own, improving sales and more importantly customer satisfaction over a 3 year period. 2003 saw major changes with Ian Birdsall taking on more and more dealers Internationally, Simon was offered the role of managing the UK dealership, again a job he'd been well groomed for. Then in early 2006 Simon along with his good friends and workshop managers Ian and Phil Plaice completed the buyout of the Birdsall's to realise his dream and become the UK importer! |

Philip Plaice has been a customer of MasterCraft since the mid 90's. Having been an avid waterskier for years. Having become good friends with Simon over the years as a customer, they often joked about coming to work in the workshop. In late 2003 with the changes Simon was implementing, Phil and Ian came in and took over the Workshop between them. Having helped with the design and renovation of the workshop, they are now the proud co.owners of MasterCraft GB along with Simon. In his occasional spare time Philip likes nothing more than enjoying time with his lovely wife and children in his secret location somewhere north!!

Ian came on the scene alongside his brother. Very keen to work alongside Simon they completed thier respective moves in late 2003. Now co.owners with Simon, the company is run by a 3 man dedicated management team! Working very closely together and keen on keeping staff morale at a peak, and standards of workmanship in all aspects very high! Happily Married with 2 lovely children Ian, in his spare time likes nothing more than mountain biking, water skiing and playing with his organ!! |
| Julie Mosley - Accounts Manager |

Julie has worked for MasterCraft for over 20 years, with her tremendous organisational skills, she manages to make sure all accounts and paperwork are kept upto date! As well as keeping the three stooges in their place!!A great source of advice and help to the management team, Julie is always game for a laugh too. Happily married to Andy with a lovely daughter, Julie very much likes to live for today! |

All MasterCraft Custom Trailer's are designed and assembled in house. Gary has been with the company 3 years and runs the trailer production facility. Gary is also responsible for general maintenance on boats and all valeting! A very, very nice man!! |
| Carl Smith - Pro Shop Manager Admin |

Carl has been known to MasterCraft for a few years, having been riding for several years, self taught he has a natural ability and enthusiasm when it comes to wakeboarding. Brought in to manage and run the Pro Shop side fo the business, we feel sure he will stamp his own mark not only on our shop, but also the wakeboarding scene next year. |

Carl was brought into the stores of MasterCraft UK about 6 years ago to be groomed towards manager. Having relished the challenge he now has his own unique style stamped on the stores. Now with the expanding business brought on by supplying all International dealers Carl is looking a little older, but still always has time for a smile and a chat! |

Steve has been around MasterCraft longer than stars and stripes!! Having started life as a customer firstly, then starting work for the company in 1988 as the Stores manager. An avid water skier in his prime at the wonderful lake Windemere, he still resides there and is awaiting the lifting of the ban to resume his favourite pastime!! Now responsible for handling all International Warranties for over 45 dealers, he tends to be kept busy!! |

Alex joined MasterCraft UK about 9 years ago, brought in to generally manage and oversea all aspects of customer account control, HR and other business specific roles. A great advisor to both sides of the business with a wealth of experience of managing and running a dealership business. Alex likes to spend timne with her family, and has recently got into sailing with them!! |

Richard was brought in to ease the pressure on Carl in late 2005. Having settled into the role nicely, he is now the guy who handles most UK parts orders, and with express service alway foremost in his mind, can get you back on the water next day in most instances!! Hoorah!! |
